Love living beside this wonderful place

I was just recently in a wedding here - I give the venue 3 stars because it is a beautiful location, but only three because the staff was so, so very rude - at least the two staff men I encountered throughout the day were. I can't speak for anyone else as far as staff goes, though there was a dark haired woman working that seemed much nicer.Extremely disappointed by that! Snapping at multiple people in the wedding party + our wedding coordinator, barking orders, just all around very hateful! I would also add that we were respectful of the property and an easy going wedding party - it wasn't as if we were wild and disruptive. I do think it's fair to mention that our event was the second of the venue's back to back weddings of the weekend- so I would imagine that the staff was probably exhausted from the day before, and I want to be understanding of that - but that doesn't justify being short with us. Like I said, it is a beautiful location - so if that's what you're looking for, you'll find it here - but if you're looking for friendly, helpful staff, keep looking!!

This is a beautiful venue with a gorgeous ceremony site!

We got married here a few months ago. There is a lack of communication between the owner and his wife. Full payment was given to Bryan yet we received a phone call a WEEK before the wedding saying we still needed to pay from his wife April. There were a lot of empty promises made. Even though there were two meetings before the rehearsal nothing was how we requested it to be. We paid for up-lighting and lights in the reception hall, however we didn’t receive them. It’s been 3 months and STILL have not been paid back. The day of the wedding there was no one around to help. We were told to go buy the shepard hooks ourselves that they had promised to be there. The decorations and items from the ceremony were supposed to be brought up and packed afterward. However, they were not and my parents were cleaning up at 12 AM after the reception. During the reception no outside lights were turned on, leaving it pitch black. The owner apparently left his 16 year old son in charge who was sneaking beer out of the reception. We did NOT get what we paid for we were very disappointed in the customer service and how we were treated throughout the day. This place has so much potential but is being ran very poorly.

We love photographing weddings at Twin Cedar Farm! It is a gorgeous farm wedding venue near Knoxville and Maryville! The horse drawn carriage rides are amazing for the bride and groom too. We photograph many weddings at Twin Cedar Farm, and they are always gorgeous!
